jewelry care every piece of philippa roberts jewelry that you buy is hand made. we love the look of the matte silver and hope that is part of what appeals to you. you can clean the silver with a polishing cloth, but be warned this will make your piece shiny. what we suggest is to use toothpaste and a toothbrush, this will clean any tarnishing while maintaining the matte finish. always avoid any harsh cleaners on the pearls. shipping & packaging we will ship all jewelry orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. each jewelry piece will be individually packaged in a linen pouch with a bio card and care instructions. returns if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the jewelry and a copy of your receipt within 14 days from the date it was shipped for a full refund. we are happy to do exchanges for a different item within 30 days of shipping. please call our office for a return authorization number before you return or exchange any item. repairs we will repair your jewelry within a year of purchase. please call us first to receive a repair authorization number. any charges that apply will be assessed prior to our repairing.
